Glenn Mason, Principal Consultant, Avocado


Glen MasonGlenn Mason is Avocado’s Principal Consultant, a technical leader specialising in DevOps and Cloud Native technologies. As an experienced architect, Glenn has an all-encompassing background in software development, infrastructure automation, cloud transformation and technology strategy, focused on delivering increased business value and high-quality solutions.

Glenn has held several senior technical positions both locally and globally, facilitating an understanding between business problems and technical solutions.

With a technical competency in solutions and enterprise architecture, a hands-on background in cloud-native applications and infrastructures and experience in managing the cultural change that comes with technology innovation, Glenn understands the full end-to-end implications of evolving technology in a modern business world.



Silvia Ohr, Head of Testing, ASX

Silvia Ohr

Silvia Ohr is Head of Testing at ASX, ensuring the appropriate strategy, planning, execution and governance is in place to deliver ASX’s testing and quality assurance services. Silvia has 25 years’ experience working in roles across the entire software development lifecycle, mostly in financial services. She is passionate about quality and leading her teams on the journey to adopting an “automation first” mindset.
